Delivery with Insurance

If you choose to have your order sent with insurance, we will refund or replace it if it goes missing while in transit to you.

This guarantee only applies to parcels that have been correctly addressed. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, it will not be refunded or replaced.

If you request that a parcel be left without a signature, we cannot refund or replace it if it goes missing or is damaged after Australia Post has delivered it. This includes situations where Australia Post delivers it to the wrong address.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will ask Australia Post to open an investigation. If Australia Post determines that your parcel was lost in transit, we will refund or replace it. Australia Post’s decision is final.
