Delivery with Insurance

If you opt to have your order sent insured we'll refund or replace it if it goes missing while in transit to you.  

This only applies to parcels that are correctly addressed.  If a parcel goes missing because you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete address then it will not be refunded or replaced.

If you choose to have a parcel left without a signature the parcel will not be replaced or refunded if it goes missing or is damaged once Australia Post has delivered it.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time please let us know and we'll get Australia Post to lodge an investigation. If Australia Post determines that your parcel has been lost in transit we'll replace or refund you.  Australia Post's decision is final.
